Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan demand and determine assembly priorities based on received dates and schedule commitments.
  • •Enter material requirements into the computer system daily and plan work order parts requirements.
  • •Review parts kits lists for stock availability and advise senior buyer/planner on zero shortage conditions.
  • •Reschedule the system as needed to maintain workflow continuity and monitor assignments for consolidations/special instructions.
  • •Prepare and maintain management reports and metrics in Excel, and expedite materials to meet turnaround times.
  • •Assist stockroom clerk and technicians on parts issues as required.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Intermediate/Advanced English to communicate effectively with international colleagues.
  • •Strong leadership and good communication skills.
  • •Computer skills and working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
