  • •Build, customise, and iterate workflows and integrations directly in customer environments.
  • •Act as the technical face of Arva AI with customers, deeply understanding their compliance processes and constraints.
  • •Translate customer problems into concrete product requirements, backed by evidence and clear specifications.
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to align customer outcomes with long-term platform strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a software, solutions, or forward-deployed engineering role, ideally customer-facing
