Job Summary

Develop and grow banking client relationships by identifying prospects, executing marketing strategies, and self-sourcing new business through cold calling. Manage complex wealth management credit and treasury management relationships, structuring and negotiating loan and lease agreements in line with credit policy. Analyze loan terms, advise clients on goals-driven wealth management, generate leads through centers of influence, and solve complex, cross-functional problems.

•Manage complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management relationships and identify opportunities beyond banking (investments and fiduciary).
•Apply credit policy, banking products, and risk management knowledge to serve clients effectively.
•Structure and negotiate complex loan and/or lease agreements, including analyzing terms, negotiating documentation, and handling pricing and interest rate/SWAP-related terms.

Key Requirements

•3 years of financial analysis and client servicing experience, or commercial lending or leasing experience.
•Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing, typically acquired through formal education and experience.
•Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts to identify cross-selling opportunities.
•Skills in negotiation, leadership, and sales to develop client and prospect relationships, with excellent oral and written communication.
•In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in the job discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
