Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Tribe and Squad goals align with Private Bank OneMIS vision and OneMIS objectives, and maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog with technical milestones.
  • •Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, proactively addressing technical impediments and integration challenges.
  • •Support continuous improvement of incremental value delivery, focusing on quality, stability, and compliance with Google Cloud platform technical standards.
  • •Remove technical impediments and protect the team from outside interruptions, especially during release and deployment cycles.
  • •Coordinate releases and dependencies with the Release Management team, manage technical risks, and communicate with stakeholders before and after deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science or similar.
  • •5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role coordinating complex software releases.
  • •In-depth experience with Agile techniques and supporting technical agile teams.
  • •Strong people management and guidance skills, with a structured approach to identifying and removing technical impediments.
  • •Solid SDLC background with preference for cloud engineering experience (especially Google Cloud Platform), DevOps, and CI/CD.
