Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow a portfolio of 5–10 mid-market CPG brands and become a trusted point of contact for retail media investment decisions.
•Hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by translating data-driven insights into compelling investment cases.
•Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews that go beyond reporting and influence how brands allocate advertising budgets.
•Build a library of differentiated sales collateral, case studies, and brand-specific narratives to replicate wins.
•Bring insights from the CPG and retail media intersection back to product, marketing, and insights teams to improve client service.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 193,500 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, with a track record of managing and growing accounts.
•1+ year of digital advertising experience, including working knowledge of advertising KPIs and campaign performance.
•Ability to analyze data, extract business insights, and influence client decision-making.
•Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating with day-to-day contacts and C-suite stakeholders.
•Comfort working in tools like Excel/Google Sheets and using a CRM or sales tracking platform.
