Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain detailed 3D models of plumbing and firefighting systems using Autodesk Revit.
  • •Generate 2D drawings and construction documents (plans, sections, and details) from 3D models.
  • •Coordinate plumbing models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage.
  • •Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through all design stages.
  • •Assist with BIM standards, templates, and families, and prepare QA/QC checklists for submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling specifically for Plumbing and Firefighting systems.
  • •Strong experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • •Experience working with ACC/BIM360 and ISO 19650 workflows.
  • •Experience with Dynamo, BIM 360, or other advanced BIM tools.
