Key Responsibilities

  • •Must work safely and ensure others in the facility do the same, promoting safety as a Safety Leader.
  • •Participate in safety hazard recognition training and perform daily department safety inspections.
  • •Hang up to 28 birds a minute (rotating with 2 other people) while keeping birds picked up and the area clean.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the work area during rotations.
  • •Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including all jobs on back dock.
