Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define, build, and implement a Generative AI Agent platform supporting priority banking services from discovery through production rollout.
  • •Architect enterprise-grade platform capabilities including agent orchestration, workflow design, tool/function integration, and memory/state management.
  • •Drive platform adoption at scale by creating reference implementations, onboarding pathways, and developer enablement (APIs/SDKs, templates, documentation) with governance.
  • •Own platform performance management by defining success metrics and SLOs, implementing observability, running evaluations, and tuning reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery execution by managing scope, risks, dependencies, and milestones while advising senior leadership on trade-offs and delivery plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated engineering expertise delivering production-grade software in Python, Java, or Golang.
  • •Experience deploying and operating services in production, with Docker/Kubernetes preferred.
  • •Strong GenAI/LLM delivery experience building and shipping LLM/GenAI applications.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI solutions (agent workflows, multi-agent orchestration, tool/function calling, RAG/search, vector databases) including agent tooling integration patterns.
  • •Prior experience with cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
