Job Summary

Join the Aftersales team in Doha as a customer-focused Parts Advisor supporting the Quick Service Centre. Provide accurate advice on automotive parts and accessories, prepare cost estimates, and manage repair orders and job cards in line with workshop flow. Coordinate with workshop teams, monitor inventory and stock audits, process returns, and handle cash/billing while ensuring clear communication, compliance, and strong parts and service revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Welcome customers professionally, understand requests, and record accurate customer requirements.
•Provide expert advice on automotive parts and accessories at the parts counter.
•Prepare cost estimates, explain requirements, and ensure customers receive delivery timeline information.
•Create and manage repair orders and job cards; coordinate with the workshop on job progress, additional repairs, parts needs, approvals, and delays.
•Monitor inventory and perform stock audits/cycle counts; process parts returns and manage billing, petty cash documentation, and customer delivery communication in line with policies.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, service processes, and dealership aftersales operations.
•Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right parts accurately.
•Experience preparing estimates, repair orders, invoices, and related service documentation.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in an automobile dealership environment, preferably in a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Aftersales customer-facing role.
•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
