Key Responsibilities

•Analyze team performance and collaborate with Team Leaders to take necessary actions (disciplinary, educational, etc.) for optimal results.
•Review quality control reports and approve their submission to suppliers or the Purchasing department.
•Monitor stock levels and weekly consumption reports, proposing measures to address issues and improve processes.
•Prepare and improve the accuracy and relevance of reports based on management requirements.
•Regularly communicate stock status to the Head of Appearance and propose solutions for challenges.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or managerial position.
•Fluency in English is essential.
•Proven experience in managing teams, monitoring performance, and leading improvement projects.
•Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Experience in stock management, digitalizing workflows, and improving reporting accuracy.
