Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate long-term product vision and strategy for subscription usage and licensing visibility, scaling the Admin Console roadmap.
  • •Architect a self-service usage dashboard and reporting framework for secure tracking across the Okta ecosystem.
  • •Collaborate with India-based engineering scrum teams to improve usage computation and reporting infrastructure.
  • •Distill complex requirements from stakeholders (Field, Pricing & Packaging, Support, Design, and Product) into precise technical specifications.
  • •Analyze subscription and usage data to identify friction points and drive improvements to customer trust and platform experience.

Key Requirements

  • •4-5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS platforms or core software infrastructure.
  • •BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience to influence complex architectural decisions.
  • •Proven ability to produce actionable plans from incomplete, conflicting, or highly ambiguous inputs.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, collaborating across global functions and time zones.
  • •Demonstrated business results from customer-facing platform capabilities shipped at scale.
