Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of Defence infrastructure projects or defined work packages across all RIBA stages
•Act as NEC Project Manager or Client Representative, managing contractual processes and commercial positions
•Interface directly with DIO, TLBs, site users, and contractors in live operational environments
•Manage programme, cost, and risk, ensuring robust project controls are maintained
•Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering infrastructure projects, ideally within MOD, DIO, or similarly regulated environments.
•Strong working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts (PSC and/or ECC).
•Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams across design and construction.
•Ability to manage stakeholders across client, contractor, and end-user groups.
•Strong communication and organisational skills.
