Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deployment and adoption of the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) across the supply chain network.
  • •Develop and manage constrained master production schedules and rough cut capacity plans to address capacity constraints.
  • •Collaborate with supply and materials planning leaders to execute production plans and participate in monthly SIOP supply review meetings.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by building and developing the team and implementing Lean Six Sigma techniques.
  • •Support inventory/material planners by maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on production planning.
  • •Deep knowledge of product lifecycle events and transitions to support product portfolio vitality goals.
  • •Experience developing constrained master production schedules and rough cut capacity plans to optimize resources.
  • •Experience working with material control systems such as MRP and SAP.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, or related field; APICS or CPIM certification is highly desirable.
