Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing and implementing AML, CTF, CPF, FATCA, and CRS policies and procedures.
  • •Coordinate due-diligence document collection and execute due-diligence activities per defined processes and regulatory guidelines.
  • •Conduct enterprise-wide and client risk assessments and maintain documentation according to record retention policies.
  • •Support screening and transaction monitoring system review and implementation; identify KYC red flags and control issues.
  • •Conduct investigations, prepare SARs/STRs, and liaise with regulators and supervisors regarding AML program and related regulatory matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of AML, CTF, CPF, FATCA, and CRS compliance experience in banking, insurance, or related industries.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • •Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • •Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and communicate with various management levels.
  • •Strong analytical skills and knowledge of AML/CTF/CPF/FATCA/CRS best practices, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, including transaction monitoring and screening tools.
