Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Provide 1:1, play-based ABA support to neurodivergent children in homes and community settings, following individualized treatment plans created by the BCBA team. You’ll collect behavioral data, communicate progress with families and supervisors, and build trusting relationships while working evening part-time hours (10–12 per week). The role is in-person in Mears, with paid training and BCBA supervision toward certification.
