Job Summary

Lead automation incident management and operational excellence for an automation landscape, owning incident triage, resolution, and SLA compliance. Use a mix of RPA and emerging AI capabilities to troubleshoot automation failures, monitor and validate deployments, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Partner with support, developers, and platform owners to optimize automation performance, implement preventive fixes, and deliver operational KPIs, dashboards, and executive updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Own automation operations and serve as the primary point of contact for automation-related incidents.
•Manage incident intake, assignment, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Collaborate hands-on with support and incident response teams to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues.
•Monitor, test, and validate automation deployments and platform upgrades; communicate incident status, risks, and resolution plans to stakeholders and end users.
•Drive continuous improvement by analyzing failure trends, building internal automations, optimizing existing solutions, and documenting/enforcing change-management controls.

Key Requirements

•7+ years hands-on experience with automation technologies including UiPath (Agentic Automation), Microsoft Power Automate, Python, and API integrations.
•3–5 years working knowledge of AI/ML technologies and AI-enabled automation solutions.
•3–5 years of cloud platform working knowledge: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Databricks.
•Strong coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills, including integrating AI services into automation workflows.
•Experience managing automation incidents in enterprise environments with root cause analysis and operational KPI/SLA management.
