Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with internal clients to understand medium-complexity software technology environments and translate business requirements into technology terms.
  • •Develop systems design and technical requirements documentation, including flow diagrams, specifications for developers, and information system design.
  • •Support acquiring, installing, and testing system environments and databases; prepare test cases, test files, and perform test readiness review.
  • •Assist with CI/CD pipeline development and automate build, test, and deployment processes; support deployment and release management across environments.
  • •Monitor production implementations per SLAs, resolve integration and test phase problems, document development procedures including security, and handle program error analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
  • •Relevant experience in software development and support, including deploying software solutions to clients in an outsourced or similar IT environment.
  • •Experience with CI/CD pipeline design for automating software build, test, and deployment.
  • •Knowledge of deployment and release management across environments and automation tooling/source code repositories.
  • •Experience with Agile processes such as SCRUM and KANBAN.
