Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead requirement engineering activities: gather system requirements, analyze, and document software requirements.
  • •Understand and evolve global software architecture (static and dynamic).
  • •Create high-level and low-level designs (HOOD/class definition and UML diagrams), then perform coding, debugging, and build generation.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders and verification teams to resolve complex technical issues and troubleshoot system testing issues.
  • •Mentor and groom junior team members, and maintain professional relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of full software lifecycle experience in the avionics domain, covering requirements definition, design, coding, and unit verification.
  • •Hands-on experience with embedded software requirements engineering and static/dynamic architecture.
  • •Ability to perform high- and low-level design including algorithms, interfaces, scheduler, abstraction, and modularization.
  • •Embedded programming proficiency in C/C++/ADA, with strong unit testing skills.
  • •Experience with RTOS and DO-178 standards, plus configuration and change management.
