Job Summary

Develop safety-critical real-time embedded avionics software in line with DO-178C, owning end-to-end activities from requirements engineering through design, coding, debugging, and unit verification. Define and evolve the software architecture (static and dynamic), produce high- and low-level designs (including HOOD/class definitions and UML), and coordinate with stakeholders and verification teams to resolve complex technical issues. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead requirement engineering activities: gather system requirements, analyze, and document software requirements.
•Understand and evolve global software architecture (static and dynamic).
•Create high-level and low-level designs (HOOD/class definition and UML diagrams), then perform coding, debugging, and build generation.
•Coordinate with stakeholders and verification teams to resolve complex technical issues and troubleshoot system testing issues.
•Mentor and groom junior team members, and maintain professional relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of full software lifecycle experience in the avionics domain, covering requirements definition, design, coding, and unit verification.
•Hands-on experience with embedded software requirements engineering and static/dynamic architecture.
•Ability to perform high- and low-level design including algorithms, interfaces, scheduler, abstraction, and modularization.
•Embedded programming proficiency in C/C++/ADA, with strong unit testing skills.
•Experience with RTOS and DO-178 standards, plus configuration and change management.
