Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and improve AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
  • •Develop Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, and platform APIs.
  • •Build integrations and automations across Salesforce and the GTM stack using Workato and Zapier.
  • •Design scalable solutions using object-oriented programming principles and connect systems/data through APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
  • •Implement and manage enrichment, signal-detection tooling, analytics, and scoring layers (e.g., opportunity scoring and routing), and test/monitor reliability and security.

Key Requirements

  • •Three or more years of experience in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Business Systems, Revenue Operations Systems, or a similar technical role.
  • •Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs, automation, and production support.
  • •Proven development experience with object-oriented programming concepts like classes, inheritance, and modular design.
  • •Experience building/configuring solutions with Salesforce Agentforce.
  • •Hands-on integration and automation experience using Workato and Zapier, plus API/webhook/middleware troubleshooting.
