Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead recruitment lifecycle efforts from requisition posting through employment offer with a focus on equity and candidate experience.
  • •Partner with HR and Operations leaders to align recruiting initiatives with strategic goals and objectives.
  • •Work with hiring managers to assess hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and manage searches through the recruiting lifecycle.
  • •Represent Kraft Heinz in the community through job fairs and industry events while communicating Operations team culture and objectives.
  • •Provide regular recruitment reporting and serve as the liaison between candidates and internal partners while managing hiring logistics.
