•Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
•Forecast and track key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
•Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
•Skilled in data analytics tools and reporting
•Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Freshworks, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
