•Develop and deliver training programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) to improve users’ proficiency in ArcGIS and address skill gaps via workshops.
•Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, helping them overcome challenges and updating training content based on GIS trends and technologies.
•Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and requirements, delivering guidance and training to design and implement sustainable GIS workflows.
•Promote ArcGIS adoption by identifying potential use cases and facilitating workshops tailored to customer needs.
•Communicate GIS impact by creating narratives and visualizations, collaborating with content teams on case studies and success stories.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience leveraging Esri software, including 5+ years in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases and 2+ years in classroom facilitation and instructional delivery.
•Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while prioritizing student needs.
•Strong listening skills and the ability to incorporate feedback to continuously improve instruction and course materials.
•Proven ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and deliver excellent verbal and written communication.
•Authorized to work for any employer in the US; bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Engineering, Information Science, or related field.
