Shape and drive the global Prestige strategy by defining “where to play” priorities, refining the transversal portfolio approach, and translating strategy into action across international markets. Build and support business cases for key initiatives, contribute to channel/portfolio/format strategy with brand teams, and frame Prestige+ projects and partnerships. Track performance and effectiveness to support topline growth while reinforcing Prestige brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and continuously refine the transversal Prestige portfolio strategy, including “where to play” priorities.
•Identify untapped growth opportunities and tactical initiatives in collaboration with the BU Business Strategy team.
•Support markets in operationalizing strategy, and develop business cases for key initiatives.
•Contribute to channel, portfolio, and format strategy with Brand teams, and frame Prestige+ strategic projects and partnerships.
•Monitor performance, track Prestige inflection, and support budget allocation and synchronization for key programs.

Key Requirements

•Strong background in strategy, portfolio planning, or business development.
•Ability to operate cross-functionally in complex, matrix environments.
•Experience working with senior stakeholders and international markets.
•Analytical thinking with market insights, plus problem solving and synthesis.
•Experience translating strategy into actionable models for business development and route-to-market acceleration.
