Job Summary

Design, optimize, and validate mission-critical RF/mixed-signal hardware for unmanned platforms, spanning prototyping through production. Lead RF hardware and wireless testbed development, execute system-level design and verification, and troubleshoot desense using EMI/EMC analysis. Perform lab and OTA testing across LTE, 5G NR, Wi‑Fi, GNSS, and UWB, using simulations (CST/HFSS/ADS) and RF measurement equipment to validate performance against industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development of solutions spanning RF, mixed-signal, and mechanical domains.
•Design RF hardware and wireless testbeds to support system validation, including execution and documentation of system-level design and verification.
•Provide expertise and mentorship to partner teams on EMI mitigation strategies and cross-functional debug processes.
•Characterize EMI from internal and external aggressors by tracing root causes using EMC probes, shielding tests, grounding checks, and layout reviews.
•Conduct rigorous lab and OTA testing (sensitivity and coexistence) and validate RF system performance against industry standards.

Salary: USD 139,400 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in RF engineering, applied electromagnetics, or wireless systems.
•6+ years of hands-on experience designing and testing RF hardware for mass-produced consumer products.
•Strong RF fundamentals with expertise in front-end design, desense analysis, and system-level optimization.
•Experience with systems including high-speed digital interfaces such as MIPI CSI/DSI, PCIe, DDR, SDIO/eMMC.
•Proficiency with RF test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers) and EMI/desense mitigation techniques.
