Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop key looks in collaboration with the Lighting Department and Production Designer, maintaining continuity across sequences.
  • •Work with the Compositing Supervisor to realize the vision of shots and deliver look setups scalable to multiple shots.
  • •Independently create look setups, while meeting productivity and quota targets with strong artistic quality and color awareness.
  • •Design and develop innovative tools, pipelines, and techniques to enhance compositing workflows.
  • •Mentor junior and mid-level compositors and communicate professionally while respecting confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 5 years of compositing experience in animated or live-action VFX feature films or high-end series.
