Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead ongoing risk assessments across projects, factoring geopolitical, economic, environmental, reputational, and operational risks.
  • •Develop and oversee crisis communications strategies, playbooks, escalation processes, and crisis preparedness materials.
  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of risk and crisis communication projects, including planning, resourcing, timelines, and reporting.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional response with Risk, Legal, Operations, and Corporate Affairs teams and track KPIs for senior leadership.
  • •Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent messaging during crises, including post-crisis reviews and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of experience in the same field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Linguistics, Translation, Journalist, or a relevant field.
  • •Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic for high-profile executives.
  • •Strong familiarity with social and traditional media, including delivering media briefings and training senior spokespeople.
  • •Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills, including managing upwards to the publicist.
