Job Summary

Provide high-quality customer service and support daily operations across MAF Entertainment venues, including MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai. You’ll handle ticketing, sales, and bookings in venue systems, process cash/card/vouchers payments with accurate reconciliation and reporting, and assist guests with inquiries, complaints, tours, and parties. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional standards while following SOPs and upselling products and services.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver consistent high-level customer service across all MAF Entertainment venues in line with company SOPs.
•Support daily operations across MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai to ensure smooth guest experiences.
•Handle ticketing, sales, and bookings using system platforms, including upselling and promoting products and services.
•Process payments accurately (cash, card, vouchers), issue receipts/refunds, and complete cash reconciliation and reporting.
•Assist guest services including inquiries, complaints, tours, and coordination of parties and events while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Physically fit and able to perform duties in a fast-paced entertainment environment across MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues in English; Arabic is an advantage.
•UAE family book.
•Customer service focused with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, food and beverage, or retail, and a minimum high school education.
•Skilled in cash handling, basic computer use, attention to detail and mathematical accuracy, and able to follow procedures while upselling.
