Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end India payroll activities including payroll processing, payroll runs, and post-payroll activities.
  • •Manage payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations, and payroll controls to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • •Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and other statutory requirements.
  • •Investigate and resolve payroll queries, discrepancies, and complex payroll issues in a timely manner.
  • •Support employee lifecycle payroll activities including onboarding, transfers, leave processing, and Full & Final settlements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of total experience with at least 6 years of relevant India payroll experience.
  • •Strong experience managing end-to-end payroll processing, payroll execution and post-payroll activities.
  • •Proven experience supporting payroll populations of approximately 1,000 employees or more.
  • •Strong knowledge of Indian payroll legislation, labor law compliance, statutory deductions, taxation and payroll governance.
  • •Experience supporting payroll audits, controls and compliance reviews.
