Job Summary

Drive sales and pre-sales for Leviat’s construction solutions in the West 1 region, providing technical advice on product use and recommending safe, practical, cost-effective options. Pursue projects and industry stakeholders to meet sales goals, develop sales/marketing pull-through strategies, and resolve product and sales issues on-site. Deliver consultative selling, train customers and dealers, and stay current on industry trends to identify improvements and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own both sales and pre-sales, providing technical solutions and advice on Leviat product use.
•Proactively pursue projects and industry stakeholders to ensure the assigned market meets or exceeds sales goals.
•Create and implement Sales/Marketing pull-through strategies to increase brand and product market share.
•Identify, communicate, and resolve product and sales issues within assigned territories; coach and educate customers and sales teams.
•Deliver consultative selling, train customers on product features/benefits/installation, and drive preference for the portfolio within the territory.

Key Requirements

•Degree/Diploma in Civil or Building Engineering (or equivalent) with relevant experience.
•Relevant experience in sales, construction, and building materials.
•Exposure to a multinational culture/work environment.
•Results-driven sales hunter with strategic and operational thinking and strong attention to detail.
•Technical product knowledge in building materials/construction accessories and a network of contractors, consultants, and engineers.
