Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, deploy, and maintain scalable backend features for Managed Inputs (mOTLP endpoints) and Managed Integrations (agentless architecture).
  • •Take ownership of projects and features from concept through delivery.
  • •Provide engineering-level support for escalated customer cases on a rotation basis.
  • •Monitor alerts, build SLIs and SLOs, and ensure system stability and reliability.
  • •Mentor peers through pull request reviews, ensuring code quality and sharing best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Intermediate to expert Go skills with strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting ability.
  • •Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Kafka.
  • •At least intermediate experience with observability (tracing, metrics, logs, profiling).
  • •Strong understanding of microservice architecture and distributed systems, including tradeoffs for system design.
  • •Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and work independently in a globally distributed team while collaborating and sharing knowledge.
