Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including evaluations, medical histories, and complete physical examinations.
  • •Diagnose and treat chronic and episodic medical conditions, and adjust treatments based on medication response.
  • •Prescribe medications and recommend treatments within scope of practice, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
  • •Develop individualized treatment plans and goals, and educate patients and families on preventive care, conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
  • •Complete accurate clinical documentation, manage electronic health record tasks and provider action queues, and collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings to support integrated care.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Current Arizona license as a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Family/Individual across the lifespan.
  • •Full prescribing authority.
  • •Completion of an accredited/approved Nurse Practitioner program and board certification.
  • •Working knowledge of electronic health records and/or Windows-based systems.
  • •BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 10 business days) and ability to obtain/maintain required Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and health screenings.
