Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation to support timely delivery.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, enforcing quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and keep workflow on track.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment, ensuring adequate supply and timely availability.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in construction/site engineering.

  • •Strong construction knowledge of techniques, methods, and materials used in building projects, including structural design understanding.
  • •Proficiency with construction tools and software such as AutoCAD, project management software, and surveying instruments.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills (preferred/required per the posting).
