Coordinate daily operations for the field service team by handling key administrative duties, translating the Field Service Manager’s plan into clear execution, and leading by example. Support training and documentation (including inventory audits and work orders), track team performance and metrics, and ensure onboarding and licensing requirements are met. During field time, perform safety checks and fleet maintenance as needed while maintaining inventory and supplies flow.
