Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage large-scale, complex data centre projects from feasibility through completion.
  • •Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and large-scale budgets for complex construction projects.
  • •Establish and maintain processes and systems used throughout the project.
  • •Monitor and report project progress and performance indicators; prepare written communications, progress reports, and presentations.
  • •Manage and mitigate risks and issues; coordinate the client, contractors, and designers, including chairing meetings and drafting minutes.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in an electrical or construction-related field and/or a trade qualification.
  • •Minimum 12 years’ work experience in construction, including large-scale mission-critical projects.
  • •Proven delivery of hyperscale data centre construction from inception to completion.
  • •Experience in master planning/strategic estate development and capital project planning for business case compilation (desirable).
  • •Client-facing track record across all levels and strong knowledge of the construction industry and data centre sector themes.
