Job Summary

Support asset servicing and tax-related fund administration activities by maintaining process SOPs/JAMs, driving on-the-job and cross-training plans, and monitoring daily deliverables. Contribute to business continuity planning, ensure timely updates and sign-offs, and help new joiners and under performers. Provide SME knowledge for strategic projects, assist with system/product testing and client process migrations, and prepare KPI/MI reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain process-specific SOPs and JAMs, and create on-the-job and cross-training plans.
•Support business continuity planning and update/monitor daily deliverable trackers.
•Maintain SOP/JAMs with timely updates, sign-offs, and SharePoint updates.
•Deliver effective training, identify knowledge gaps, and track trainee progress to provide feedback.
•Provide SME support for strategic projects, including system/product testing and client process migrations, and prepare KPI/MI reporting.

Key Requirements

•At least one year of relevant experience in Fund Administration Services.
•Pursuing or having a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance, or significant progress toward a professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CISI, AAT or CMA.
•Experience with relevant account and reconciliation platforms.
•Understand alternative investment industry concepts and derivative instruments such as options, swaps, forwards, and corporate actions.
•Ability to identify, resolve, and support complex fund issues, including assisting with application and systems issues.
