Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop digital learning content and e-learning modules, including instructional videos, job aids, process guides, and support resources.
  • •Facilitate virtual training sessions and partner with subject matter experts to transform complex processes and system requirements into user-friendly learning content.
  • •Coordinate and manage translation needs for global internal and external audiences and ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and culturally appropriate.
