Lead end-to-end third-party partner intake, evaluation, onboarding, and governance for the Agent Marketplace, enabling financial institutions and merchants to access AI-powered agents across front-, middle-, and back-office experiences. Build and operationalize a risk-tiered onboarding model, define standards and approval workflows, and establish ongoing governance for oversight, escalation, and policy adherence. Present recommendations and risk considerations to senior leadership while coordinating across product, engineering, legal, compliance, risk, and security.
