Oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs to establish safe working conditions, prevent environmental incidents, and ensure compliance with state, client, and organizational requirements. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Lead HSE teams and training, monitor HSE performance metrics, coordinate with regulators and stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance to senior management.
