Key Responsibilities

•Process production invoices end-to-end—tracking, coding, and submitting through appropriate systems while ensuring all invoices are processed and paid on time.
•Ensure invoices are accurately coded to the correct GL accounts and WBSEs, maintaining financial integrity.
•Troubleshoot invoice processing issues, system errors, and payment discrepancies to keep operations running smoothly.
•Own the vendor management process, including vendor registration, updates (banking and contact changes), and invoice tracking.
•Serve as a key point of contact for vendors—responding to inquiries and resolving invoice-related questions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or an accounts payable role.
•Solid technical skills with a high degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Familiarity with corporate enterprise systems and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
•Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
