Job Summary

Global Sales role responsible for driving Alfa Laval’s Fuel Supply Systems (FSS) growth in the region. You will enable regional sales, engage with shipyards and ship owners, develop regional business plans, participate in active sales projects, and provide market intelligence and product expertise for conventional and alternative fuels.

Key Responsibilities

•Sales Enablement: Foster strong communication, networking, and teamwork with regional sales companies to drive FSS sales.
•Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with shipyards, ship owners, and key market players to secure new business opportunities.
•Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan, identifying short- and long-term growth opportunities.
•Project Involvement: Actively participate in daily sales projects, supporting sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
•Market Intelligence: Continuously gather and analyze market and competitor information to inform strategy and decision-making.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in the marine industry with a strong commercial orientation.
•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and networks both internally and externally.
•Excellent team player who fosters collaboration and motivates others.
•Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
