Job Summary

Join a 12-month FAST Development Program and rotate through TI’s Sales & Applications organization to become a Field Applications Engineer. You’ll act as a technical consultant for customers, build knowledge of analog circuitry and TI’s portfolio, and create system-level proposals using block diagrams and application expertise. Rotations include a local sales office, mass-market team, Systems Engineering & Marketing, and a headquarters experience in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a technical consultant to solve design challenges using the TI product portfolio and become a trusted advisor to customers.
•Apply analog circuitry fundamentals to support customer applications and build system-level proposals.
•Create and understand block diagrams for customer applications (examples include EV charging, heat pumps, and head-up displays).
•Build relationships with customers, focusing on engineering departments, and use market knowledge to identify new opportunities.
•Complete a 12-month FAST program with four rotations across sales offices, mass-market teams, Systems Engineering & Marketing (including Sweden Remote), and a headquarters experience in Dallas.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•Fluency in the local language and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
•Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components.
•Knowledge of analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing).
•Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, plus soldering and debugging skills.
