Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the UC architecture by identifying and resolving enterprise UC issues/outages, implementing call routing, securing VoIP configurations, configuring logging/firewall traversal, and performing upgrades/patches.
  • •Manage Change, Incident, Service Request, Problem, Configuration, and Asset Management per client SOPs to deliver Tier I–III support for enterprise end users and core services.
  • •Conduct and document monthly ECS and Network Architecture Reviews to identify vulnerabilities/incidents and recommend corrective actions to designated POCs.
  • •Provide network documentation and support accreditation/auditing/operations per DoD 8510.01 and client SOPs.
  • •Implement and maintain QoS and videoconferencing services, including directory server upkeep, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle upgrades across UC systems.

Key Requirements

  • •7 years of related experience supporting enterprise unified communications and collaboration environments.
  • •Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and VoIP/SIP, including enterprise troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to implement and secure VoIP configurations in accordance with DISA STIGs (classified and unclassified).
  • •Demonstrated experience implementing QoS strategies and providing network traffic/utilization, capacity, optimization, and security reporting.
  • •Required IAT III certification (CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, GCED, GCIH, or CISSP/Associate) and ability to start with Top Secret/SCI clearance.
