Job Summary

Lead a dedicated team to improve production performance across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Drive a strong safety culture, ensure adherence to production policies and quality standards (including ISO documentation), and support audits. Use performance metrics to optimize workforce effectiveness, coach and cross-train team members, and coordinate scheduling and capacity to meet lead-time and service-level objectives.

•Enhance the safety culture and provide on-site expertise to achieve safety, quality, and productivity.
•Ensure production policies and procedures are accurate, documented, and used with current revisions; support quality training.
•Work with the Quality team to ensure ISO documentation and training records standards are adhered to.
•Use performance analysis to define objectives and metrics, report to leadership, and mentor and coach team members.
•Coordinate scheduling and capacity with Planning and engineering to achieve lead-time and service-level objectives; support assembly area and station modifications for new product/process changes.
