Key Responsibilities

  • •Determine product conformity to customer specifications through daily surveillances and ITP inspection points in accordance with the Project Quality Plan
  • •Identify non-conformity for rectification and ensure final resolution
  • •Appraise product quality to determine conformity and non-conformity in accordance with the approved drawings and inspection & Test Plan; All inspection results need to be documented, and if non-conformity exists, documentation shall be raised to establish corrective action
  • •Coordinate interface with Operations, Certifying Authority, Client, Job Sharing personnel, and subcontractor, assuring the conformity to project specifications
  • •Exercise a proactive approach to the prevention of a problem by interacting with Production, Engineers, and Management personnel
  • •Liaise with customer representatives, ensuring product conformity and stage release for each activity denoted within the Project Quality Plan/ITP

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or degree in relevant field
  • •5+ years of Quality Control or discipline-related experience with a degree and 8+ with a diploma
  • •Proficient in the use of computer and Microsoft programs
  • •Experience inspecting welding and electrical/instrument systems on site
  • •Ability to interpret ITP, AFC drawings, and project specifications
