Sales/Customer Specialist

Deliver a customer-first experience by guiding customers through buying, selling, and servicing vehicles. In a hands-on training role, you’ll support vehicle sales and appraisals, complete paperwork and administrative tasks, and coordinate service appointments. You’ll perform vehicle condition and cosmetic inspections, manage inventory processes, and review repair order invoices for billing accuracy—all while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements in a fast-paced environment.
