Job Summary

Develop customer relationships and drive sales of deposit, loan, and fee-based banking products through a consultative sales process. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and sales/service, then use approved tools (including CAMP) to reach customers, set appointments, and cross-sell. Partner with business teams for referrals, guide CSRs on sales/referrals, meet customer experience and production goals, and operate within the bank’s risk policies.

•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions.

•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and support outside sales activities as directed.
•Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals while following policies for opening/servicing retail products and managing risk.

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to understand advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
