Job Summary

Lead intelligent mobility product development and sales efforts for transportation technology projects, from conception through operations and maintenance. Provide technical leadership for tolling systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and traffic management solutions, including roadmaps, industry analysis, and competitive planning. Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, proposals, contract negotiations, and invoice reviews, while strengthening strategic client relationships and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership and oversight for intelligent mobility project delivery, including toll system solutions and ITS/traffic management offerings.
•Set and drive a technical product and financial roadmap for intelligent mobility across business lines.
•Oversee project scope, objectives, and requirements in coordination with clients and stakeholders, ensuring budgets and schedules are met.
•Lead proposal development, scopes of work, cost estimates, and contract negotiations with internal and external parties.
•Build and manage strategic client relationships, pursue key business opportunities, and present complex technical and project information to diverse audiences.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
•Master’s degree preferred.
•15 years of related project delivery experience.

•Demonstrated ability to hire and develop staff, and lead cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.
