Lead the Time Management function across GBS, designing end-to-end solutions for Corporate, Retail and DC, defining KPIs/SLAs, managing demand, and partnering with key customers and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

•Define the above market frame for the Time Management areas (Corporate, Retail and DC) and lead the end-to-end solution design & build for Time Management processes.
•Manage the relationship with key customers and input requirements into the customer board, acting as a strong advisor and prioritizing demand for the service.
•Build and lead the implementation of the Time Management solution framework and ensure alignment with the overall HR solutions framework.
•Create and drive agreement on KPIs/SLAs for the service with customers and operations, ensuring compliance and cross-functional alignment.
•Represent Adidas Time Management to external counterparts and coordinate improvement initiatives, risk reviews, and continuous enhancement across markets.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of global payroll processing and management experience, experience in global expansion and setup, and vendor management.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business, or other relevant or related field or equivalent experience
•Strong knowledge of Time and Attendance rules and standards; ability to define KPIs/SLAs and manage service delivery
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and workshops
•Experience leading and developing a Time Management team and working with external partners and markets to set direction
