Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Marketing Cloud subject matter expert for technical and operational configuration and customer needs.
  • •Act as the single point of customer accountability for orchestrating Signature deliverables, experience, and renewal/expansion.
  • •Maintain stakeholder relationships across customer IT/business leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.
  • •Help customers achieve business goals on the Salesforce Marketing platform through service coordination, proactive feature guidance, and advisor support for annual release adoption.
  • •Provide advocacy during triage and resolution of high-severity cases and conduct quarterly reviews with tailored release recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in Technical Customer Success, Customer Success Management, SaaS platform use, project leadership, technical consulting, or technical/solutions architecture.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including influencing executive and C-level stakeholders.
  • •Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms, mapping business requirements to technical features.
  • •Experience coordinating and working with high-volume and key customer events.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional efforts to resolve or disposition customer needs or projects.
