Job Summary

Lead and deliver big data and cloud-based solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers as a resident solutions architect. You will design reference architectures, guide end-to-end data projects, work with engagement teams to scope work, and collaborate with Databricks teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of data/AI solutions while traveling up to 20% for client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build reference architectures and production-ready data/AI solutions for customer engagements.
•Collaborate with engagement managers to scope professional services work with input from the customer.
•Guide strategic customers through end-to-end design, build, and deployment of big data and AI applications.
•Consult on architecture and design; bootstrap or implement customer projects ensuring adoption of Databricks platforms.
•Provide escalated support for customer operational issues and coordinate with engineering and customer support to resolve issues.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•6+ years experience in data engineering, data platforms & analytics
•Fluent in Python or Scala
•Experience with two or more Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and expertise in at least one
•Deep experience with Apache Spark and knowledge of Spark runtime internals
•CI/CD for production deployments and familiarity with MLOps
